Job Description
We are looking for a content manager with a strong understanding of sales and digital marketing to join our team.
Your role will be to question clients on their business, establish the target personas, elaborate the web content strategy and develop content to convince their targets!
Whether it’s for a website, advertisements (Google Ads), social networks, a video script or for newsletters, all must contain relevant and thoughtful content with one goal: Convince!
Task allocation
Collecting information from customers and analysis (15% of the workload)
You will work in collaboration with our strategist team.
- Attend team meetings to present new mandates;
- Calls with clients for in-depth information gathering;
- Complete development of personas (understanding their needs);
- Detailed note-taking of all information.
Content plan creation (30% of the workload)
- Create the marketing skeleton of the website.
- Development of the arguments that will make people react, according to the personas;
- Segmentation and prioritization of all the important information to put on a website (or other platform);
- Create a clear content plan for each page of the website;
- Validation and explanation of content plans to the strategist and designer.
Copywriting of web content (50% of the workload)
Content writing for the website will take up most of the time in this segment.
- Content creation according to the rules of the art of the web (diagonal reading, punchy titles, concise and punchy texts, etc);
- Editing (rewriting) and writing content to adapt texts to the SEO level;
- Copywriting for websites;
- Copywriting for advertising;
- Content writing for newsletters;
- Video script creation;
- Blog post writing.
Other related tasks (5% of the workload).
- Correction of content of any kind (email, report, document, etc.);
- Layout of documents;
- Other related tasks involving the French language.

Skills and abilities required
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience;
- Bilingual;
- Flawless knowledge of French;
- Have an intense curiosity and know how to ask the right questions to obtain all the information you need;
- Have an innate ability to sell, understand the consumer and present relevant arguments;
- Understanding of diagonal reading and how to use it to your advantage;
- Ability to write good content quickly;
- Ability to adapt to a variety of styles (from entertaining content to highly technical, informative website content);
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Very high attention to detail;
- Be a highly organized person;
- And most importantly : Be Witty
Workplace
