Job Description
We are looking for an experienced digital project manager. Working in conjunction with the Production Manager, the Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously and assisting the Manager with project quality and profitability.
Under the guidance of our digital strategist, the project manager will have to understand the technical aspects of a complex digital strategy, be able to plan its execution and follow up with the production team and with clients.
Task allocation
Project management
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, assess priorities and ensure effective execution of all ongoing projects;
- Ensures that budget envelopes and deadlines are respected;
- Ensure optimal teamwork at each stage of the projects;
- Ensure that the various stages of development run smoothly and ensure quality;
- Ensure the proper documentation of information associated with projects.
Technical
- Understand the technical aspects of a complex digital strategy and be able to plan its execution by the production team;
- Evaluate and solve problems that may arise during the execution of projects by providing marketing and/or technical solutions;
- Be on the lookout for new trends and be familiar with the evolution of the market.
Client management
- Maintain constant communication with customers and production team and ensure a common vision;
- Identify and develop business opportunities with existing customers.

Skills and abilities required
- Thorough understanding of agency processes, including creative and production, with at least 3-5 years of project management experience;
- Education in communications, marketing or advertising. Experience is preferred over education;
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow procedures;
- Excellent ability to manage priorities;
- Excellent time management skills;
- Willingness to learn new tasks outside of the job description;
- Ability to work under pressure and manage stress;
- Excellent oral and written skills in French and English.

L'effet Futé's offices are located in Sainte-Thérèse. Therefore, we have a preference for candidates from the North Shore. In addition, you must have a vehicle.
