Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Strategist with strong expertise in digital marketing strategies to join our team.
You will ensure and supervise the web presence for many of our clients both at the organic (SEO) and advertising (SEM) levels. The candidate must be a performance-oriented marketer.
Task allocation
Responsibilities
- Understand the complete situation of our clients: their needs, their clientele, their products and services, the particularities of their field, etc.
- Analyze the situation of our clients: Web presence, good practice in the client's field, strength of the competition, website performance, opportunities and threats.
- Design web marketing strategies according to the client's objectives on an annual basis.
- Plan modifications to clients' websites in order to improve their performance.
- Ensure the follow-up and performance of the strategy by reviewing results and issuing performance reports.
- Ensure proper execution of strategies with the team of digital tacticians.
- Follow up with clients on a regular basis to ensure that results are real.
- Meet with clients at their offices to present performance reports and present future strategies.
Management, optimization and analysis of advertising campaigns
- Create and manage Google Ads, Facebook, Linkedin, etc. campaigns
- Use all the functions of Google Ads in Search, Display, Remarketing with Google Analytics Audience, shopping, express and others;
- Analyze in depth the campaigns and optimize them for each client;
- Generate monthly performance reports and participate in client presentations;
- Highlight key areas of improvement based on client expectations;
- Analyze website performance with Google Analytics and make recommendations to improve landing pages;
- Work in synergy with the strategists, the media department and the consulting department;
- Keep abreast of SEM trends, best practices and all new techniques to ensure account growth and seize all new opportunities;
- Communicate regularly with clients to gather information and adjust strategies.

Skills and abilities required
- 2-4 years of relevant experience and very strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics;
- Experience / advanced knowledge in SEO;
- Experience and knowledge of Google + and Google + Local platforms;
- Advanced use of Excel formulas;
- Fluency in English is essential (will be validated by a test during the interview) and a very good command of French.
- And most importantly : Be Witty
Your strengths
- Certifications: Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Mobile, Shopping), Google Analytics;
- Strong knowledge of WordPress and Photoshop.
Workplace
L'effet Futé's offices are located in Sainte-Thérèse. Therefore, we have a preference for candidates from the North Shore. In addition, you must have a vehicle.
