Job Description
The SEM Specialist’s job will be to design, manage and optimize web advertising campaigns on various platforms.
If statistics and an interest in human behavior are in your DNA, then you are the right person for the job.
The ultimate goal is to deliver the best cost per lead to our clients, through an advertising environment that we control. You will work as a team with the strategy, copywriting and design department to get the best advertising materials and conversions on the websites.
Task allocation
Campaign creation :
- Google Ads campaign creation and configuration (search, display, YouTube, remarketing, shopping);
- Keyword group selection;
- Negative keyword list creation;
- Social media campaign creation and configuration (Facebook, LinkedIn);
- Audience creation;
- Advertising material integration.
Note: All advertising material (text ads, videos, images, etc.) is produced by the production department. We want you to be focused where you belong: in charge of the campaigns.
Account optimization:
- Analysis of performance statistics to optimize costs;
- Google Analytics analysis to optimize conversions and CPA;
- Creation of A/B tests to optimize ads and CTR;
- Optimization of bids and targeting by audience (Google Ads and social networks), time, day, region and other parameters according to conversions to optimize CPA;
- Creation of automatic rules to facilitate account management and optimization;
- Keep track of all changes and results across all accounts for easy management and tracking.
Advertising Strategy :
- Participate in bi-monthly meetings with the account strategist to ensure optimal results and take action on minor or major adjustments;
- Make recommendations for new ad creation (advertising material);
- Make recommendations for website improvements to optimize conversions;
- Issue recommendations for adjustments to the initial strategy;
Eventually: Opportunity to participate in the creation of overall account advertising strategies.
Managing budgets:
- Monthly tracking and management of advertising budgets;
- Adjustment of advertising budgets according to campaign performance;
- Issuing invoices to clients.
